The changes I made to a MOGRT in After Effects do not seem to be applied when I create Subs.

If you’ve gone into After Effects and tweaked a MOGRT, you’ll have to change the name of the MOGRT within the Essential Graphics panel to something different. If the name is the same, Premiere will instead grab the first result it finds, which is likely the MOGRT that does not contain your changes.
