Why is my text getting cut off on the left and right hand sides when I enlarge the text to much?

This is probably happening because you’re in a 4K sequence. All of the SubMachine MOGRTs were created on 1920x1920 After Effects compositions so that they can be used on 1920x1080, 1080x1080 and 1080x1920 sequences in Premiere Pro without needing editing. We chose these as they are the most commonly used aspect ratios for social media.

If you must use a 4K sequence I would recommend scaling the MOGRTs in the Effect Controls window and copying the attributes across to all the required MOGRTs. Alternatively you could use the Syn Position/Scale/Rotation tool in SubMachine but it will be slower.
