I’m syncing settings between mogrts, but they only are taking effect on every other line.

This is usually a side effect of having deselected the mogrts when you’re syncing a large batch of mogrts. You should keep your timeline in the same state as it was when you clicked ‘Sync’ until it’s completely finished.
