SubMachine appears frozen or nothing happens?

This can be because the SRT or Mogrt button has been used to open a Finder/Windows Explorer window but that window has not been closed/completed, which locks SubMachine.

If you use the SRT or Mogrt buttons make sure you complete the process by selecting an srt or mogrt from that window. Do not drag and drop from that window or the process will not be completed. If you wish to use the drag and drop functionality do so from an already open Finder/Windows Explorer window. On Windows the Windows Explorer window may open in the background. You should see it appear as an orange outline/highlight around the Premiere icon in the task bar. This is a Windows issue that we have no control over at this stage.
